To reach Cascada Blanca, take the road to La Dalia and head to kilometer 147, which is approximately 25 minutes from the city of Matagalpa. If you’re traveling by public transport, head to the COTRAN Norte terminal in Matagalpa and board a bus towards La Dalia, Waslala, or Rancho Grande.

If you go by private transport you can take the road to “La Dalia” and go to kilometer 147, a point located about 25 minutes from the city of Matagalpa.

What to do?

Once you’re there, the entry fee is C$70 córdobas, which includes access to the reserve’s trails, caves, and the opportunity to take a dip in the waterfall. There’s also a new kayaking attraction available. For breakfast or lunch, there are dishes starting from C$130 córdobas, and you can even stay overnight and enjoy a massage center.
